Why was I screen shot?
We take screenshots for many different reasons. You may be shot because there is something suspicious about your game play or there may be nothing at all. We'd like to be certain that all of the players on our servers are running clean games, but we all know that is simply not the case. The screen shots help us sort out some problems and eliminate others from suspicion.

What do I do with them?
Click here and upload your screen shots to the server. Just follow the instructions on screen. If you are not logged in to the site, make sure you enter your game name in the field provided.

What happens if I don't send them in?
You may be banned.

Can I save them as JPEGS?
No. Do not alter them in any way.

Why was I banned?
You may not have sent in your screen shots. You may not have followed repeated instructions to stop a bad behavior (clipping, foul language, spamming, etc.). You may have been found cheating.

But, I don't cheat.
There has never been a cheater that freely admitted to cheating. Saying you're not a cheat does not make it true. If you have been banned and told it was because you are cheating it is because we have found a hack in your screen shots or we have come to a consensus as admins that you are running an undetectable hack or your name/IP were given to us by another clan or the Cheat Police.

It is not a perfect system and we do our best to improve it constantly. You can try to get unbanned by talking with the admins or posting in the forum. We will look into it.

Why do I keep getting screen shot?
Most likely, you have not sent all of your screen shot files in. There are 10 of them taken every time. We need to complete set to evaluate them. If you only send a few, you will be shot until you send them all in or simply banned.

The worst thing you can do is not send them in at all. The second worst thing is to not send all of them in. This immediately raises suspicions you are hiding something.

How can I fix my game?
The best thing you can do is run a completely unmodified game. No extra skins, scopes or blood packs. Our servers are heavily modified to create the unique game we have. That should be enough for anyone. If you really need that "extra" edge to play, go somewhere else.

How do I open the Console?
At the main menu of the game, go to OPTIONS > ADVANCED and make sure there is a red X next to the label that says "CONSOLE". Click here to watch a video showing how to do this.
