 I've been having this irritating lag for weeks now. I'm just wondering if someone knows what is causing this.

My ping is correct : 110 or 120

 90% of the time when you are having issues with lag, it is a local problem. Check settings in your game to make sure that your connection type has not changed, do a tracert from your command prompt to check all your hops to the end source "the servers" do a path ping to see if you are getting dropped packets. I have had 0 issues with lag and do not think it is the servers at this time. The other big issue that happens from time to time is when the server gets loaded up with more people that have average pings of 150ms or more then people that usually do not have issues, if you are on the threshold; you might start to see some lag. One other suggestion would be to bring up the lagometer in game and watch it, it will point to network or a computer issue.

 Nice pics APES I see you did lago meter, but you did not post one of your current ping at the time. That looks like something might be running in the background or a cpu spike on the computer.

there is no way rookie can be in second place. biglaugh.png

but rookie can be right about it beeing something in the background.
have the taskmanager open on the second screen and sort by CPU usage.
if you dont see anything try sort by memory usage.
